WRPDD's Revolving Loan Fund, capitalized by the US Economic Development Administration, has been in operation since the early 1980's.  This program provides financing for business start-up or expansion which will result in the creation of new jobs.  Jobs must be permanent and non-seasonal.  Most of WRPDD's RLF loans are for $50,000 or less, and may be used for equipment or real estate, with some working capital included.   To request a loan application packet, please click here.
